Join the Wharton Club for an Exclusive, Small Group Lunch for Wharton Presidents or CEOs on May 8th, 2025
The WCDFW has offered a series of exclusive lunches, each one focused on a very specific professional function. This is a great way to not only network, but to develop more connected relationships with Wharton peers.
About Boardroom Lunches
The purpose of the micro-lunches is to provide an intimate setting in which our alumni can meet and engage their peer group in a protected, informative and effective way. These micro-events will be limited to up to 15 people within that functional area. Each small lunch will also be sponsored by a company and held in its executive boardroom where the sponsor will share a short overview about the company and any topics relevant to the C-suite.
Our next lunch on May 8 will be hosted by Adam Lampert, WG ‘94, CEO Cambridge Caregivers, and will be dedicated to those Wharton alumni who are Presidents or CEOs of their organization. Lampert will lead a lively discussion of relevant C-suite topics.
As Chief Executive of Manchester Care Homes, Adam is committed to ensuring that their residents thrive and our employees prosper by treating all of our residents, employees, management, and families with respect and understanding. Adam has spent his business career as an advisor, operator, investor, and board member.
He is committed to serving his community, both as a business owner/operator and as a volunteer. Adam has served on several corporate and civic boards, including his role on the National Board of Governors of the American Jewish Committee (AJC). For many years, Adam has worked to enrich the lives of children and their families living in Vickery Meadow, one of the most impoverished areas in Dallas, through his work with Dallas ISD and Jill Stone Elementary.
Adam received his BA and BBA degrees from the University of Texas at Austin, and his MBA degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. When not working in Dallas, Adam enjoys spending free time with his wife and three children riding motorbikes, hiking trails, and clearing brush on their property in the beautiful Texas Hill Country.
