Please come and join the Wharton DFW club on Thursday March 26th to learn about Scott Beck’s latest high profile venture “Dallas Midtown”. Scott Beck is the President and Founder of real estate development firm Beck Ventures and was the developer and mastermind of Trophy Club, a 2,400 acre master planned city in Texas.


Dallas Midtown is an exciting project focused on a 430 acre development in North Dallas that includes the redevelopment of Valley View Mall. The $3 billion project set to kick off in 2015 includes the construction of luxury hotels, iconic office buildings, upscale condos, retail and entertainment venues, parks and even gondolas.

Scott Beck Bio
Scott Beck has helped finance billions of dollars-worth of high-profile projects throughout the country. Mr. Beck was also instrumental in the development and design of Trophy Club, a 2,400 acre master planned city in Texas. Legacy projects are his passion, hence his vision for the 430 acre Dallas, Texas district, “Dallas Midtown” which includes the $4 billion redevelopment of Valley View Mall. He currently is the Chairman and CEO of Corner World Corporation [TICKER:CWRL], a publicly-traded communications services and marketing services company. Mr. Beck received a Masters of Accounting from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin where he completed his B.B.A. Mr. Beck is a member of the Board of Directors of United Texas Bank and is President of Beck Properties Trophy Club. Mr. Beck also serves on the boards of various educational and charitable organizations.
