As the former CEO of Match Group (including brands like Tinder, Hinge, Match.com, OKCupid and Plenty of Fish), she took the company from $1B in value to over $20B, while acquiring brands, incubating apps, and growing all brands while investing in over $200M of marketing a year.
She has deep experience in marketing across every digital and offline channel (like TV and subway advertising), creating household brands, and monetization. When she started only 2% of marriages were from dating businesses that had significant stigma. Today over 50% of marriages are from dating apps and she was instrumental in making these apps mainstream.

Mandy Ginsberg, WG'01, is currently an Operating Officer at Advent International, a private equity firm with an impressive track record of $70 billion in investments across 405 private equity ventures spanning 42 countries. In addition, she is a board of director at Uber and thredUP and previously served on the boards of JC Penney and Care.com. She also served as CEO of The Princeton Review, the largest test prep company in the US.
Mandy received a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley in English and Spanish literature.
