Join the Wharton Club for an Exclusive, Small Group lunch with Ami Miesner Anderson, WG94, for the next in the series of Wharton Boardroom CMOs and senior marketers.
The WCDFW hosts a series of exclusive lunches, each one focused on a very specific professional function. This is a great way to not only network, but to develop more connected relationships with Wharton peers.
These micro-events will be limited to 15 alumni within that functional area. Each small lunch will also be sponsored by a company and held in its executive boardroom where the sponsor will share a short overview of the company and topics relevant to the C-Suite. The purpose of the micro-lunches is to provide an intimate setting in which our alumni can meet and engage their peer group in a protected, informative and effective way.
This event is hosted by Ami Miesner Anderson, WG94, Chief Marketing Officer of CityVet. Ami moved to Dallas in 2016 after a 20-year career at General Mills. She has since held several senior level positions across restaurants and healthcare companies. Personally, Ami enjoys Camp Gladiator and is a weekly hiker around the DFW area after her journey to Mt. Everest’s Base Camp in 2022. She and her family live in Southlake.
About CityVet: CityVet is a leading network of 35 veterinary-owned practices with headquarters in Dallas, TX. Founded 25 years ago with the mission to create an opportunity for veterinarians to own their own clinics with the support of a home office to manage the business aspects of their practice. CityVet is a denovo model with practices in Texas, Colorado and expanding in 2024 across the United States.
**Please respect the spirit of the event and your fellow Wharton alumni, only register if you are a named CMO or a senior marketing leader at an organization.

BOARDROOM LUNCHES ARE BACK! After a brief holiday hiatus, the WCDFW is looking to schedule our fifth year of "Boardroom Lunches," a quarterly series of exclusive lunches, each one focused on a very specific professional function.
The purpose of the micro-lunches is to provide an intimate setting for 10-15 attendees in which our alumni can meet and engage their peer group in a protected, informative, and effective way. Our next executive lunch will be hosted by Orman Anderson, CFO of Glazer's Beer and Beverage. We are finalizing the date for late February, so check our website soon for the registration link and details, and RSVP early since attendance is limited!
To keep the momentum going in 2023, we are looking for an additional 3-4 Wharton alumni Presidents/CEOs/CFOs/CMOs to host one of the next few quarterly meetings. All that is needed of the host is a provide lunch for the group and have a conference room large enough to hold up to 15 attendees. The WCDFW will handle website publication and marketing for the event. These lunches are a great way to not only network, but to develop more connected relationships with Wharton peers. Please email [email protected] (WG01) if you are available to host and she can finalize meeting logistics with you.
