Special access to a small group session with Chris Nadherny, WG'79, formerly a Partner with Spencer Stuart

Many business professionals are struggling to build and maintain career momentum as we work through our third year of pandemic-related disruptions and enter a “new normal”. There remain substantial uncertainties around remote/hybrid work schedules, the potential for further lockdowns, impact on families, supply chain constraints, hyper-inflation, interest rate increases, and geopolitics. Many business professionals are rightfully feeling a sense of fatigue. The Wharton Club of DFW is pleased to offer a timely webinar with helpful insights, strategies, and actions for re-igniting your career momentum. The content shared in this webinar will position you for more assured advancement, job satisfaction, and increased compensation amidst the ongoing uncertainties.

**Participation is limited to the first 15 registered for this event.

About Chris Nadherny
This “Re-igniting Your Career" webinar has been specially designed by Chris Nadherny, a former 30-year C-Suite search consultant and Partner with Spencer Stuart, the leading global executive search firm for senior management. During his tenure with Spencer Stuart, Chris assessed, positioned, and presented over 6,000 senior executives. He tracked the careers of many of these business professionals over many years and through multiple economic cycles and technological disruptions. As a result of this experience, Chris developed a deep understanding and practical perspective about the formation, growth, and maintenance of successful careers. Importantly, he has also observed the many ways in which bright, talented and capable executives “under-managed” their careers resulting in loss of career momentum. During this intriguing and practical webinar, Chris will share actionable career-building ideas for finding renewed momentum in the ongoing uncertainties of the “new normal”.

During the one-and-a-half-hour webinar format, Chris will share a practical framework for understanding how to re-ignite your career momentum; and 6 specific career accelerants you can start to employ immediately. The back end of the webinar will include breakout groups to address the five key challenges of working in the “new normal” hybrid/remote work environment (Commitment, Alignment, Visibility, Relationships, and Impact). This will be followed by a Q&A.
