Wharton Gives Back to the Community Supporting the SKILL UP BOOTCAMP
Calling all Wharton graduates to volunteer their time to help other local students land a living wage job.
Wharton Club is partnering with Skill QUEST, a non-profit organization and part of the Community Council of Greater Dallas, whose mission is to elevate adults in Dallas and Collin counties out of low paying jobs into family living wage employment. Skill Quest assists adults wanting to return to school to obtain technical skills and education that will lead to well paid jobs.
The Wharton Club will be setting up a TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR JOB SEARCH workshop at Skill QUEST’s facility on April 27th. Review resumes and conduct mock interviews. No need to be an HR professional. Students appreciate any advice provided.
This is a great opportunity to give back to the community!
