January 23 - Join the Wharton Club for an Exclusive, Small Group lunch with Mark Sinatra, WG'06, for the next in the series of Wharton Boardroom Lunches for Presidents and CEOs.

The WCDFW hosts a series of exclusive lunches, each one focused on a very specific professional function. This is a great way to not only network, but to develop more connected relationships with Wharton peers.

These micro-events will be limited to 15 alumni within that functional area. Each small lunch will also be sponsored by a company and held in its executive boardroom where the sponsor will share a short overview of the company and topics relevant to the C-Suite. The purpose of the micro-lunches is to provide an intimate setting in which our alumni can meet and engage their peer group in a protected, informative and effective way.

This event is hosted by Mark Sinatra, Chief Executive Officer of Aspen HR and co-founder of ETA Equity. Mark is a 7-time Inc. 5000 list CEO. Prior to Aspen HR and ETA Equity, Mark was CEO of Staff One HR (acquired via a search fund) where he led the company through a period of substantial growth highlighted by the company's sale to its largest privately-held competitor, Oasis Outsourcing, in 2017. Mark oversaw the Western half of the country for Oasis Outsourcing until its sale to Paychex for $1.3bn in December 2018.

Mark is an MBA graduate of the Wharton School of Business, and holds a BA in Economics from Fordham University. Locally, he is an active member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization) and a partner with Social Venture Partners. Mark enjoys spending time with his family and playing tennis and basketball.

About Aspen HR: Aspen HR is a PEO that provides expert HR compliance, cost-effective employee benefits, cloud-based HR technology and seamless payroll processing to small/medium companies across the country.

About ETA Equity: ETA Equity is an investment fund that invests in the entrepreneurship through acquisition (aka 'search fund') asset class. ETA Equity has invested in over 20 transactions since inception in 2020.
